can someone tell me 100% for sure if the
LRP SXX #80900, is able to run in "blinky" i need it for TC stock or 1/12.

The SXX v2 (80905) is a legal blinky ESC. The first version, the one you have, is not.

I'm pretty sure that all of the throttle profiles employ some sort of dynamic timing, and the instructions don't refer to a "no timing" profile being available. Later versions of the SXX can be set up to use a throttle profile w/o timing.

I also have a question can i run mod with an sxx v2?
