I have a Spektrum DX6R radio that comes preloaded with the Android Hotwire app. Just tried it for the first time with an OTG cable and seems to work fine. Now I have an easy way to adjust my ESC at the track. This kind of integration is great.
Just thought I would share.

Dear for anyone use Tekin esc and Hotwire:

In fact i run blinky class which really need adjust acceleration Curve during race.
But Android tablet cannot provide this function due to be Beta version App.

Could anybody tell me if Windows tablet could provide me download full version software(pc version) in order could allow me adjust accelerate curve, please?

Best regards

If you are wanting to adjust for more bottom end feel, you can do this in the app by increasing the minimum throttle. If you are wanting to make quick throttle curve adjustments, use the exponential setting on your radio.

You're not adjusting the acceleration "curve" in the Hotwire. Throttle curve is not much different than using your EXP settings on your radio with the exception that you can alter the curve's points more than most transmitters can.

In stock/spec racing I find this not anywhere near as useful as throttle frequency, throttle minimum, and the Torque settings are.

Does Hotwire work with Windows 10 mobile?
I tried using an Android tablet w/an adapter to convert to mini(also tried micro), & got no connection.

We don't have the app in the windows store.

As long as your android device supports OTG which is USB connectivity, it should work.

OK, kind of hotwire related...After a run, i noticed that there was a corresponding voltage drop on full throttle. This is to be expected, but to what extent? Upon acceleration (100% throttle) i was dropping around 0.30V. None else see this kind of number in their hotwire logs? Maybe i 'need' a battery with a higher 'C' rating to deliver the current?
