I have a radiopost and a LRP flow Comp. and the problem I am having is the LRP when i turned it on the light came up solid red and would not work. I called LRP and they suggested that the EPA adjustment on my radio is not set right and might be the problem. I went through my manual and checked it and I think I have it correct.
How should I have my EPA set for a Radiopost for 12 th scale blinky mode racing?

It is quite weird to have a manufacturer claim something without actually looking at what's wrong.
Maybe you can borrow someone's tx and try?
