Need help with charger selection and batteries.

Well I have a TT MT4 G3 on the way as a Xmas present to myself! I need some recommendations on decent batteries and charger setup.
What I would prefer is a single 4s battery maybe 5 or 6s in the future. Little unsure on Mah and C rating. Seems like the higher the # the better and of coarse more$$$. I just don't want to get anything that would be overkill as well, not sure if there's a point at which a rating becomes irrelevant?
Now for chargers seems like dc with power supply is way to go. I would like to be able to charge and balance at least 2 batteries at once. Also do NiMh and NiCd, not sure if a charger can do 1 of each type of baterry at the same time but that would be nice too. I've seen those cheap PC power supply's on Ebay are those really a good option? Would like to keep it under $200 for charger and P. S.
So given all that what do you think would be a good setup. Also if you could let me know what to expect as far as run times and charge time and said recommendations.

my suggestion, get something with 5000+ mah with a 40+C discharge rate.
dc is the way to go. for 200 there aren't many chargers that are dual, that will charge very fast. Most dual battery DC chargers are going to be verging on 200. Look into the hitex x2 charger. I think it can be had for about 150, and then with a 50 dollar converted Ps, you should be around 200.
runtimes, chargetimes depends on the charger you get, and the charge capability of your batteries.

So I picked up a Smc 6500 70c 4s battery. Still debating on a charger. Still thinking I want a dual charger cause my son will be running a different type of battery and would like to be able to charge both at the same time quickly.
A question about powering off a car battery or marine battery. Are they just as good at powering dc chargers as say the converted servers? When charging from vehicle is it running or shut off, if off what's the effect on the battery? I do have some deep cycle marine batteries for my boat if these are a good option.
