Default SAVOX SERVO ISSUES???

Ok I just rebuilt a Savage X from the bottom up. I installed new High Torque Savox servos 1257tg for throttle and 1283sg for steering. Ive used this combo before in other trucks with no issues. Both were new in the box before this truck. I set the centers, trimmed them up the first time and the Team Orion 1100Mah battery went dead. Ok it hasnt been used in a bit so I recharged it tried again, again dead quick. So I grabbed a Traxxas battery out of the package charged it, discharged it and recharged it and yes I know it need a couple cycles but figured it would be fine to run a bit in the yard. Truck fired up set on the floor and before out of the garage dead. Ok so Ive got a Hpi battery gauge on the side of the box now also added a voltage cap to receiver. I grabbed a Lipo 1700 receiver pack with a voltage regulator charged that full, put that in ran great problem solved for 2 trips around the yard. Ok only been used a couple times lets charge again try another time that lasted maybe 10 minutes. This isnt acceptable and know these batteries usually last me a full race day not half a tank of fuel. The servos sound fine when fully charged and now just glitch and stop working part way through the tank. Any body else had the same issue? Im thinking steering servo but I have a dozen of the same ones and use them in my bajas for throttle setups and other Savages with out issues. Any ideas here would be great.

Epa's set so it's not applying excessive force at full steering and full throttle/brake?

Have you tried replacing your power switch?

Seems the throttle servo is bad and drawing too much juice. I replaced it and problem solved. Thanks
