Default inexpensive blinky esc

I want to buy an inexpensive esc to run the stock class. We run in blinky mode with 21.5 brushless motors. I'm running a Tekin motor. What brand(s) are recommended? Does it make a big difference since no boost is involved? What should I be looking at for comparison purposes?

Just stock is what I run in F1 21.5. Very smooth throttle control and braking is very smooth as well. Very small footprint if space is tight

I have Speed Passion 40A Reventon S on order. It's also 50$.
Works with 9.5T and up and supports blinky and a simple modified profile.
Will be used for blinky with 10.5T motor in 2wd buggy.
