This is my backup charger that recently had screen issues (black blocks) but was repaired by a local electrical tech.....he had mentioned that he charged 3 lipos with it after repairing.

Course when I get it home, nothing but black dashes on screen. My PSU is a converted computer server power supply (12V/47A) and altho its been hinted to me that its a PSU issue, my PL6 has no problem with the same PSU.

Can the iCharger have an issue with PSU when its works fine with my Revolectrix or are they just blowin smoke up my a**?

You can always hook it up to a 12v car battery just to test it, that'll let you know if it's a PS problem.
