Sanwa Super Vortex Zero ESC

If the Sanwa can not run under low voltages then get a booster and run the standard Sanwa mini servo. The 3.7 specs IMO are not good enough for 1/12th. It's a nice idea to have a 3.7v servo, but I'd rather have 5.0~6.0 volts running through a servo.

Ive been running the Vortex and the low voltage servo in my mod 12th car, and an Orca with hi voltage servo in my stock car. I feel NO difference in steering between the two.

The servo is .11 speed how much faster does one need?

Anyone use a Trinity 24k 17.5 with a Sanwa SV-ZERO PLUS ESC?
I've used the motor with 2 different Hobbywing ESC's without issues now on the first night with the Sanwa, the Sanwa blows up in SSL mode (rb6 is a-main condition).
On the 2nd lap, it quickly saw a 247 temp reading which went down quickly to 170. Both hobbywing run for 10 minutes easily.
Now I have a Fried ESC awaiting Monday's support.

Kumusta kuya? If you had temp protection set (mode1 i think) the esc would have shut down at 120 and th motor at 120 (80'lowest setting) and could have prevented te blowout unless you set it to OFF. Could have been a number of reasons and not the esc's fault.
I havent tried a 24k on my vortexs but i have mostly trinity motors (D3.5,D4, Revtech ks, 1S) and for me they match my vortex escs well.

Seeking some settings advise please.
I run 13.5 Boosted on a small/medium on road track. My previous ESC I was able to enter specific settings. What settings on the Vortex should I be using to replicate this;
Boost 50 degrees
Start 4,000
Finish 16,000
No turbo,
Punch Rate stage 1 20
Punch rate stage 2 20
Punch switch 50%
I have read this thread, the one in the electronics section and the instruction sheet a few times and I am still not sure what some settings do.
Can someone that understands them offer an explanation (not copy the instructions but explain what each does - i.e. boost setting - if I set this to Maximum, how many degrees of boost does it apply..?) - what effect does the throttle feel have - does this provide a more sensitive throttle application - if so, in what scenario would you use anything less than the best "feel"
Cheers,
