I have a thunder power Z3R motor and I'm looking for a fan its getting a little warm 185 and what is getting dangerous for temperature with an ESC.

Check on ebay. Someone's usually got loose fans for sale, and some mounted to heat sinks that might fit your motor.

Esc under 130-140 max, If its getting otter than that something is not right.

Muchmore fans are really great. High revving, quiet and very small. I have the 30mm and it sits under the front driveshaft shaft of my 410 and there's still a little space. Going to buy the Spec-R bracket so I can bolt it down though.
