Unhappy Hobbywing Xerun Users!

Hi!

I'm kinda new in the rc drifting world. I was just a backyard basher with my tt01 and then I decided to join our local drift community with a ta06. im having problems with my new esc! It's a Hobbywing Extreme Stock Xerun ESC and it won't work with my Hobbywing LED Program card.

Is it because this program card came with my old BL combo? An Ezrun 9t?

And the one-button set-up is a b****. It won't work properly. What kind of program card works with this?

Help me pleeeasse

There's a couple different versions of the LED program card, and you can end up in your situation.

Check out the Hobbywing LCD Programming card.

That, for example. The LCD box can program absolutely everything Hobbywing makes.

I'm not 100% sure about your particular ESC, but I just got one of the SC8 Waterproof ESC's and I was banging my head against the wall with my program card until I realized that it actually plugs into the plug for the fan on the ESC, and not the receiver lead for the ESC (you need a male to male servo extension to get it to work).
Hope this helps!

As WindDrake suggested, you'll need the LCD programming box to work with the Extreme Stock esc.
The basic LED boxes only work with the Ezerun series and the "Justock" esc.

Cheers
Rob.

Hey thanks guys! Maybe I'll get this kind of program card. It's worth a try and it looks even more modern than the old one so maybe it would work. I'll check this out
