Default Question on receiver compatibility for DX3C

Is the DX3C compatible w/ the SR3001 DSM 3-Channel Pro Series Surface Receiver? Looks like every online store is having a sale on them. I'm also assuming they are better than the SR300 receivers...

Thanks!

If the receivers are not DSM2, then they are not compatible with the DX3C (I have the same radio). To be honest, I'd go with the Sr300 sports receiver as they are cheaper than the SR3001 atm.
Another option you could consider is the OrangeRX brand receiver from Hobbyking which are compatible with the DX3C as they are DSM2 . I'm using a couple of these units in my cars and they work well. For around $20, you get a DSM2 compatible receiver that's almost the same size as the SR3500 micro receiver.

Interesting that the web site mentions compatibility with DSM, DSM2, and marine on both the key features and product specifications lists. The related parts page shows a SR3001 DSM 3-Channel Pro Series Receiver. The included SR300 is listed as a DSM on both pages.

Is the web site incorrect?

DX3C

Thanks for the info! I think I'll purchase a few.
