Default Bad lipo?

I have recently bought a pair of lipos, and one of them is puffed slightly. I bought this set because I wanted to see what 6s was like in my flux.

Now when I ran the batteries in my flux, it didn't seem to have near the punch, and also didn't have the top end punch my 2-2s packs have. I tried a pair of 3s lipos of my buddies, and there is a big difference!

My question is, how do I tell which cell is bad? I am assuming its the one with the high resistance, as my charger tells my the resistance of each cell as it charges.

More info

On the puffed pack, here are the current voltages/ resistance
cell 1: 4.20/62.3
cell 2: 4.01/3.1
cell 3: 4.00/3.0

Any input is appreciated!

Thanks

SO I went ahead and cut out the cell with the high resistance, and currently charging the lipo, will try it out tomorrow and see how it does

Think you are on the right track, that one cell does have very high resistance with troubling voltage imbalance.

So I got the bad cell removed, re-soldered the pack and it charged just fine. Pack was a little warmer than I like after a 10 min hard run but nothing to be concerned about. All I have to do now is charge the pack and make sure all goes good, but I believe its in the clear now!
