Default Lipo battery problems

I have a lipo battery which won't charge. It says balancer voltage is too high. How do I fix?

Do you have a voltmeter? If so you can check voltage of the individual cells, if to high you can slap a resistor or light on there and drain some voltage out, does your charger discharge or have storage mode, where it might try to discharge down?
