Do you know if it takes the same tips as the 936?

Those are very difficult to see actual size. I've been through buying tips based on pics. Wasted money. I prefer someone to recommend a tip that has experience.

I have a few. Do you need just a chisel point?

I use the wide tip which I think is 5mm. Excellent for battery post, motor tap, ESC post. Need to turn down the temp to 1/2 for smaller job like on/off switch, circuit board unless get a smaller tip like 2.5mm smaller

Somewhere in the T15-DL32 range would be my choice. The 3.2mm wide, long chisel tip seems to work well for general ESC post and motor wiring, including the bullets I use on some stuff, on the 836 I have.

I'd probably go for the 5.2mm T15-DL552 only if I was doing old round cell ni-xx cells. Don't think it would fit in the ESC posts and connectors that I have very well. A lot smaller if doing any circuit board type stuff.

Your stuff may be different of course.
