Default TrakPower Lipos

Anyone have any experience with these? Specifically, the 2s 7200mAh 80c.

Are the mAh and c-ratings accurate or overblown?

Not looking for a thread derail or suggestions about other batteries (although I appreciate the good intentions) I am simply wondering how legit the numbers boasted by trakpower are.

Thanks.

IMO, any lipo manufacturer that claims more than 50C is full of it unless they can produce proof on video using accurate test equipment that their lipo puts out the amps it claims. I have tried three 2s lipo's from different manufacturers. They vary from 50C to 70C, from 5A to 6.6A. Quality of cells, one stands apart from the others. Performance wise, they are very close to equal. I wouldn't fall for the high C rate hype.

Thanks johnny. I currently run venom 70c 5800's and its getting close to time to replace. Very happy with the venoms, but if I could step up to a little bit more capacity for the same price I would like to do so, provided its not a step backward in punch. Hence the reason for my query.

I agree with Johnny 95% as i got lost with the part i deleted..

TrakPower are vastly has overrated cell C rating..Bigger is not always better when it comes to Punch or even run time..I have a wide range of 2 cells from 3300-5200mah..all this depends on track..good luck in your pick.
