Tekin's really don't have a "punch" setting like some other speedo's do. You can add expo or increase min throttle settings to make the throttle start at a higher position but most like good low end control especially with a high powered 8th scale then lots of low end grunt.

If you are undergeared as Randy suggested then you will get more bottom and top end I found with a BL motor if you gear up to the correct range. Give that a shot and see how you like it.

The car may feel a little light on the bottom end if your settings are not set right as you may have too much dead band so you get a lot of trigger play before the car moves and this can make it feel soft? There are a few things that can adjust how things feel. But again Tekin does not have a "DRRS" setting or something similar like the Hobbywing, Orion, Speedpassion based systems have that adjust "punch".
