Default Spektrum Binding Problem SR3000 Reciever !

Hi everyone first time post

i upgraded from a dx2 to a dx3.0c and i do like the remote however all my cars, all 3 of them no longer bind to the new remote. they all run on the RS3000. as i search both the videos on youtube as will as reported this to horizon hobby with no response yet. there videos say that its backwards compatable. why isn't this working. what happens is after binding it and turning of the remote all looks find tell you turn off the car and then turn on the car first. the car goes full WOT instead of going into safety mode which i set. some times it tries to connect to the remote but fails and the process continues to try to bind. i have tried this with all 3 cars and all have this same problem. 3 RS3000 cost me 89.99 each at the time. i feel i waisted my money on this remote. any one experience the same problems ?

If horizon has not responded yet, send another message to them. They have always been good to me.
