MYLAPS RC4 DECODER AND MRT TRANSPONDERS

Ok i here tracks are using MRT TRANSPONDERS without any problems and other tracks they don't work with the MRT. Tracks that have used the RC4 DECODER for awhile now do the MRT PERSONALS WORK.
