Increase your min throttle setting to 8. Retry.

My first thoughts would be sensor wire or sensor board

Because he has reverse on, its probably trying to go, but lacks the juice. Does throttle min effect reverse. Also is your brake set fot 100pct?

It's already at 8.

Disabling reverse didn't do anything.

It'll only do it when the wheels are off the ground, could that be why? I just don't understand why any of my LRP's never did it, just my Tekins.

As long as it's not damaging anything, I can live with the noise.

D3.5 17.5

it's not the motor though, I used an LRP flow until a couple days ago, with none of these issues.

I just turned off active braking, and that seemed to do it.

My thought it that with the D3.5 being such a powerful 17.5 motor, combined with a HT rotor, active breaking just gave the buggy too much brakes.

Did you try a new sensor wire and a different motor?

Which exact rotor is in that motor? This happened when you hit the brakes or hit throttle? Sorry I'm confused a bit now lol.

Just a quick thanks to Tekin, I had an issue with my RS gen2 sent it in on a Monday and received it back in 9 days on Wednesday the following week!! Installed it and raced Saturday and it was flawless !!
I have three Novak esc's -- One was sent in on warranty and the other two on a customer pay fix !! They don't have parts to fix my customer pay esc's and are holding my warranty fix hostage till the parts come in for the other two !! Sent in on October 8th and it's now the 16th of December and still NO esc's..I understand we are thrashing technical electronics by hucking them thru the air and I am not one to normally flame company's but this is ridiculous!!
Novak has made my future esc purchase choice for me easy.... Thank you Tekin for your customer service, Not many company's get it now a days but you do !!

Anyone want to buy some Novak's cheap if and when they return ???

Randy the Tekin RS Gen 2 is rated up to an 8.5, but would it be a bad idea to run an 8.5 on it? I have never been a fan of running something at it's full limits. Unless this is a underrating so people drive it to its full potential.
