Are you sure the MA supply is new? I thought new ones like that were fairly expensive? Seem to remember reading a thread that Brandon of MA was posting in where this was asked but I don't recall Brandon providing an answer.

The fan noise is quite low. The fan I use in the garage makes more noise.

Don't buy a 46A Power Supply for $80 when you can build yourself a 100A for less then $40.
