Unhappy Problem with my Mamba Max Pro

So I pulled out my car to give it a test before going out with the boys this weekend. The battery is charged and ready to go but when I plugged it into the esc and hit the switch nothing happened.

The esc is out of warranty so I pulled it apart and tested its getting power to the wire terminals on the PCB ok and all good there. I've plugged it into my programming board and it works perfectly, I updated software and tweaked a few settings and all is good.

I even bypassed the switch but still nothing.

The only indication I get that anything is happen is when I switch it on and keep the switch to on for longer than 1-2 secs (I assume enough to charge the caps) upon switching it off all three leds flash once and that's the only action I get out of it. Expect when it's hooked up to the PC for programing, then everything that should happen when connected to the PC does.

Any ideas?
