Default Battery connection question.

I just received my team orion r10pro. I woul like to solder male connectors onto the battery wires nd plug them directly into the battery holes. Which connectors should I be using

Are the bullet connectors better then the banana connectors

The Duratrax ones mentioned by The Captain are great. I use them on all of my batteries. Can't beat them for the price either.
