Default NEW ACE DSHV servos line

Ace DSHV0615T
0,06 sec 15kg

Ace DSHV0818T
0,08 sec 18kg

Ace DSHV1021T
0,10 sec 21kg

These are the last servos from ACE RC:

- titanium gears
- aluminium case
- high voltage
- waterproof
- good price
- lightweight

I would like to change the savox from my 1/8 buggy, which one would you recommend?

Anything but Savox, even if it's new and as yet unproven.

I like it

Ace DSHV0615T
0,06 sec 15kg = 208oz/in, $120 at Tower

Ace DSHV0818T
0,08 sec 18kg = 250oz/in, $130 at Tower

Ace DSHV1021T
0,10 sec 21kg = 291oz/in, $130 at Tower

Compare the DSHV1021T ($130) to the Savox SC1267MG at $95.

Same torque, Steel (Savox) vs. Ti (Ace) gears, Savox faster (0.09sec for 60deg (Savox) vs. 0.1sec (Ace)).

Same waterproofing, same features in case and bearings, same weight.

All with a relatively unknown company (NOT NECESSARILY A BAD THING!)

In my opinion, and YMMV, they seem overpriced.

Ace is a well known company, they did the ds1015 before which was very good. These servos have actually the same case as the ds1015

I Have nothing bad to say about savox apart the horrible noise and the amount of power they need but I feel other brands could provide smoother feeling. It‘s not only about the specs. The built quality isn‘t in the specs, when I hear my new 1268sg under 7,4v it‘s like it will explode everytime I touch the wheel
