I followed the instructions carefully and installed the latest 8.4.1 software

plugged my Hotwire in, green light is on solid, started up the program, no warnings or anything, but when I plug my RS in the Hotwire, nothing happened, the lights on the esc and the hotwire all blink like they're suppose to but I can't get to the dashboard

Am I doing something wrong?

Try plugging everything in before opening the software.

Brian you get it figured out? I haven't. I have used every combination on the order I plug stuff up or turn things on.

Can you try from another PC? It may be on that end.
