Default Will these packs work?!?!

I feel I am pretty knowledgeable about lipos but Saddle Packs have me slightly confused. I will putting these in a B44.1 and when I was searching for 2S3P I came across the batteries in the link below. Now they are listed as 2S3P but if you look at the picture they say 1S2P. So it is my understanding that by wiring the packs in series will increase the voltage so I will end up with a 4300mAh 7.4v pack right? My confusion is why are some Saddle Packs listed as 2S3P on each individual cell? Also to make sure my thinking is sound. If they are listed on each "part" of the Saddle pack as 1S2P 4300 then it is really two 3.7V 2150mAh cells wired in parallel, right?

Got that, In series I will end up with a 7.4V 4300mAH pack, in parallel I would have a 3.7V 8600mAh pack. My concern is they are listed as 1S2P and I have seen some listed as 1S3P so is that an issue?
