Default Futaba On/off switch

I am on my second switch in my 1/8 buggy and they start off fine then after a little while they get to the point where they are extremely hard to turn off. Anyone else experience this problem?

Switches fail often with nitro vehicles which is why many racers bypass the switch and use a Deans micro connector instead. It's the combination of exhaust crud and dirt that eventually kills them before they die of mechanical failure.
