i lost the back plate off my reedy 3300 kv motor. anybody else had this problem and does anybody know if you can by a new one or are you just s.o.l. ???

They list replacement rotors and bearings only for that motor on it's product page. You'll probably need to call AE direct to ask about a replacement.
