Please Help tekin rs help

I have a tekin rs, I am assuming I am in blinky mode.......I hit the mode button then move to the throttle profile setting and hit the INC button to change my throttle profile and all it does is stan on the first light lit and it wont let me change the throttle profile......I have no idea what its set to at this point. Am I doing something wrong, or is there something I am not doing or dont know? Someone please help me

Sounds like it's in Locked Spec mode (I think that's the name). Locked Spec prevents you from changing the profile via the push buttons on the case. The only way to change the profile is to hook up a Hotwire. There should be a check box on the Setup screen that says Locked Spec. Clear that and then you can change profiles.
