Default Tamiya TT-01D with Speedstar 2 wont respond

I just finished building Tamiya TT-01D with Robitronic Speedstar 2 speed control and Futaba 3PRKA, but I cant get the car to move. When I press the transmitter throttle all I'm getting is high pitched noise from the Speedstar. Speedstars led lights correctly in different throttle positions, but the car just stands still.

I have linked the transmitter and the receiver as described in the manual. Speedstar 2 is supposed to make automatic setups, so nothing done there. I have connected the servo to receivers Channel 1 and speed control to Channel 2. Speed control is connected to on/off switch, to battery and to motor.

Any advice?
