So are we getting batteries today?

I woke up early this morning so I could fight for a battery, but was shortly discouraged when I saw the backorder button. I am giving them one more chance and then I am gone for good.

Dude it was posted earlier that they should be in today and ready to ship tomorrow. Nowhere did anyone say they would be available when you woke up on the 1st. Depending on what time he gets his deliveries he may not even have them yet. There in nothing Danny can do about this delay and I know for a fact he is just as frusterated about this as everyone else, probably more seeing as how these delays have cost him a ton of money.

If you are looking for a review of SMC batteries here's mine: I NEED 2 shorty packs so I can start racing my new 22 Buggy and I've been waiting a month for them to come in and I'll keep waiting. I could buy them anywhere else now. But the honesty and quality at SMC are worth it. But Tom Petty was right, waiting is the hardest part.

Me and a friend were gonna buy 6 of the factory spec 4s packs but with indoor season in full swing and outdoor season almost here we had to settle for a different pack with less capacity . I will still probably get 1 or 2 just to see if they are as good as I hear .

Lol, if anyone thinks that Promatch, SMC and all of the other companies that have had not packs for 2 months are happy about it, you are wrong. They are all losing money. They have no inventory to sell and worse yet, some customers are moving on to other packs because they probably need to get their cars on the track. If i had a choice between not racing for 2 months or buying a different pack just to get some laps, I would also buy anything available. But since i have packs and found a couple great deals on lightly used SMC's on the forums I am good. But i feel bad for these smaller lipo companies and the profits lost over this China BS. I miss the days of made in the USA.

Is there an ETA on when all the packs are coming in? I' was hoping to make a big order

they are "supposed" to get "some" packs today, but not all of them. I forget if the 7200 or shorty race packs were coming in. Those would be the most popular foe racing, imo.

all i want are the 6500 60c factory spec packs.......2 of them to be precise. please and thank you lol

I took the day off work just so I could stay home and watch my email so that I wouldn't be stuck on some project when the batteries came in. I sure hope SMC sets up a preorder process or a waiting list system so those of us who have been waiting forever can get our batteries first in the future. I'll even put a deposit down.
