I had to use tq wire connectors, they are very soft and easy to squeeze. My protek connectors wont fit at all.

All I can do is solder on some spare Castle bullets and try them if that doesn't work use them half hanging out. I had a resistance problem with a connector on the car before aswell as the banana bullet style.
I wouldn't be so pissed if I was in a different mindset. Just one problem after the other.

Like the other guy said use TQ bullets, silver if you can find them. They are loose in other packs but fit perfect in SMC packs...

Tq bullets do fit well, the bullets smc sells fit better. I grab a hand full whenever I order lipo's. After a little use they wear in a bit and its not as tight of a fit to get bullets into. Tight is better than loose, I don't know if you guys have had a bullet get worn and squished in too much (waited too long to replace bullet) and then melt one of the ports from the slight arcing that happens but you are much less likely to have that with a smc. Happened to me with a nano tech and a reedy and I haven't had it happen since I started running smc a few years ago.

I haven't had any issues. I use Castle 4mm connectors.

I use Duratrax ones, they are a little on the tight side but that way I know they are making a good connection and aren't too hard to get out.

Castle bullets seem to fit better as they can squash in more. Haven't soldered them up yet.

Wow i thought i am only one complain about the battery 4mm connectors. Well i'm not going to push all the way of my battery bullet if i do i need long nose plier to pull it out. Just insert half bullet and works fine.

I run these on all my ESC's and have them on my charger leads:

Made by TQ Wire, they fit both 4mm and 5mm inboard batteries. As far as my SMC lipo's, I have a pair of the 6000mah 80C 2S Race Spec packs. I see no difference in them and my Turnigy packs.
