I suggest using the contact us function on the website. Danny is not allowed to post here anymore and does not come to RCTECH. If you use the contact us function he will get back to you.

Let me ask the question a different way. Where on the motor is 26° and 60°?
Is 60° the last timing mark or where the timing ring stops beyond the marks?

I asked Danny this same question on FB. Here's his reply, "If the screw is touching the plate where the L is marked this is 26 degrees which means lowest timing setting. If it touches the H this is 60 degrees. In the middle is 43degrees."

Danny also did a really good write up on motor KV ratings yesterday. Go to the SMC Racing FB page and check it out..

Will the SMC square packs work on the new B5?

Yes

I received my SMC square pack last week, but could not run it this weekend.
The Pro Tek (PTK-5035) 4mm bullet connectors I use on my ESC's and charge leads are too big to go into the battery pack connectors (this industry really needs some hard and steady standards).

On a positive note: my SMC SS-1 13.5 motor ran flawlessly on my Pro Tek shorty battery pack and the Associated B5 handled great and zero failures all day.

SMC inboard ports are tighter than most other packs, I use SMC's bullets so I don't need pliers to get the bullets out after a run.
