I was told July 5th when I emailed customer service.

I asked Danny the same question on the 12th, his response was the first week
of July.

One week is a little long from VA to PA but it is USPS. Without tracking I usually give it a week and a weekend.
Had some CA glue coming from about 50 mi from me and it didn't show up for a week. Shop sent another and the first one showed up 1.5 weeks after it was sent.
Tracking at least you can see where it got lost at, but I'd give it at least a week and a half before you conclude that it is not coming.

We hope to have the 4S back in stock around the 5th. I can just give the date based on the info given to me by the factory. Once I have a working tracking number I know the date they will be in.

Not sure what you mean by testing data ? We will offer 6.5 to 10.5 turns to start with. I had a racer do testing on one and he told me it was good and quality was very good. He's used many motors so he knows what is good or not.
