I found the problem. The negative tab is ripped in two. Probably got pulled at some point. So now what? Any tips (Pun there) on how to solder it?

EDIT: Also checked the voltage of each cell. One is at 0.8V and the other is at 1.2V for a total of 2 volts Looks like a deep discharge as well, probably related.
Should I just scrap it?

Lol, Ok. :P If the only problem was the broken tab, or the only problem was the discharge, I might try to save it. But both? Not worth the $15.
