Default brushless motor help

I'm looking for a replacement motor but the two motors I'm looking at show they produce the same watts (1600), but one motor is 1660kv and the other is 1900kv. I was wondering which would be the better of the two motors since they produce the same power? I'm a little confused by this. Thanks!
Both motors are 2 poll.
1660kv motor will take 6s
1900kv motor will take 4s

It depends on what you are using them for and your skill level.
