Should pack more punch than most 540 sized motors out there

What car ?

What gearing ?

What ESC ?

What Battery ?

What ESC settings ?

Cheers

I have one in my SCTE and it has plenty of power. The truck is relatively new and I don't have a lot of run time on it but I'm happy with it. It has a lot more torque and is much smoother than the Castle 5700 4 pole in my T4. The Castle is a great motor but the Tekin feels like it's going to shred the tires off the rims when launched from a dead stop. It pulls hard all the way up to it's RPM limit as long as the gearing is right.

I should note that initially I was not that impressed, however I discovered that I had a cold solder joint on one of the motor tabs. Once I resoldered it the difference was night and day. Great motor, not cheap but it's well made.

Should not have any problems pushing that car along at crazy speeds

Not familiar with the Blitz gearing but you can use a speed calc to work out your theoretical speed

http://scriptasylum.com/rc_speed/top_speed.html

Gear it for 40 mph and monitor your temps

You will benefit from a better battery, 40c plus

Cheers
