Default Landscape Lighting Power Supply

Is it possible to use a landscape lighting power supply to power a battery charger or a tire truer? I have a few that are rated at 12V DC 120 watts and 200 watts? Has anybody tried this before?

Just looked at the power supply again and found the output to be 12 V AC. Thats not going to work. Back to the drawing board.

I use an Xbox 360 power supply. Works great and they can be found used for 10 to 15 bucks.
