Any rumblings of a new model an the way? |
Not sure if anything official has been heard, but the time of the year is right for LRP to release something new.
|
I noticed that LRP is coming with a new ESC at every world. Next world is in october, right? Let see.
|
Does anyone know if the V4.7 software will be approved to use in Blinky Class, as it's not on the ROAR list.

Other cars at track are running Killshot x2, Sonic2, ThunderPower, Orion VST2, Turnigy and some others I'm sure. Mine is the fastest in straight line and acceleration over all of them. It might be gearing, it could be traction - I dunno. But does mean there is nothing wrong with it. Price is there abouts, and I like the fact it is matched product. Doesn't mean I've got the fastest lap times though :) haha! |
I,
I run a Flow Works Team on 13.5 blinky for an year vith zero ussue, using Team Power and Nosram Pure 2 motor. Then I decided to upgrade from 1.4 to 4.7 firmware and I cooked first a Team Power and today a Nosram Pure 2. I am sure to use correct gear ratio and timing, today my son with same motor, same gear ratio, same timing but different ESC run with zero issues. Anyone noticed problems similar? ESC could be damaged or I can downgrade and test a new motor |
So my Flow works team will not calibrate or go into settings of any kind. It spools up the motor, and arms the reciever but will do nothing more.
Sensor wire works. (tried three) Tried in and out of the car. This is a followup to 2 weeks ago or so in the thread. I am stumped. Ready to call LRP. |

All worked well with the original firmware and seemed to go well updating to v4.7 but it won't let me calibrate it to the radio or change any mode settings. Basically worthless now. I tried all of the suggestions here and nothing works. I've been intending to call LRP but have not had time. |
