Default motor...issue?

I have an 1/8th scale turnigy 2100kv motor that I just bought "new" from someone on here and was getting it out and found that the motor shaft moved in and out about 3/16 of an inch. Just wondering if this is typical or if I should say something to the guy.

3/16 total or each way from centered? Is it otherwise actually new, meaning you can tell it's never actually been ran. The amount of "play" can vary from motor to motor and brand to brand. It may not be an issue.

3/16 total, it looks new, but I don't know if it could've been dropped or something. Is it fairly normal for that?

I would think you're fine.
