Default Chargers and there features.

Upon realising that after charging my lipo packs they peak charge to 4.18-4.19v I started looking for chargers that I could calibrate to suit my cable length and connections, making the assumption that it is the resistance though out the connections between battery and charger. While looking for charges that I can change peak charge I found chargers that will tell you internal resistance of your packs and produce data graphs.
Now confused I ask for your help, what chargers have adjustable peak charge and/or more important to me data information like pack internal resistance?

List I believe do:
PowerLab 6/8 and CellPro 10XP
iCharger 306B, 3010B and others.
Hyperion w/ TVS.
DuraTrax ICE and Thunderpower.
Bantam but don't know models

I've continued researching not wanting to spend that much and get it wrong for my needs. Asking on a flight forum I was told you can download the Revolectrix CCS software versions for the chargers in question to see what features they have. I found that both PL6 & 8 have Voltage adjust 3.0-4.3v by .005 steps, Data graphs and IR testing. So does the 10XP but to be confirmed only 4.1, 4.2 and 4.22v choice?
I've also asked if the iCharger 306B and 3010B while balance charging add more current to behind cells or pause/discharge high cells?

I charger charges at set current thru the main leads and bleeds off current from the "high" ones. I think it is 500 ma.
