Why not buy from the UK PDC racing or Demon Racing Products

Falconsekido.com has sells them, don't know if they ship internationally, you'll need to snoop around their site.

Demon Power Products are out of stock at the mo, GiantShark are supposed to be getting them in and should be cheaper. Before they got taken over and were called GiantCod they listed a price of £111, but not sure now what the price will be. Also EuroRC from Finland have them in stock, that way you don't get stung with VAT and import charges.
You could also try the HPI Flux Pro which is the same ESC, just with a HPI badge on it, you can get them from Apex Models or MB Models.

Is the HPI Flux Pro the same as the Hobbywing V3?

Can it use the Hobbywing software?
Can the Hobbywing programming box be used to program it without the use of a laptop?
