Default Problem with Tekin Redline 13.5

I have had a redline 13.5 in my sc10 for a couple of months now. For some reasons the last 3 runs on it the motor goes flat and losses power to about 1/2 throttle. Motor doesn't cog or make any other noises, and feels smooth when you free spin it. Endbell timing is factory at 12, running with an rspro and I think 80 timing advance in dual mode. Gearing is a 21/84 and the motor has never been overheated. I regularly clean with compressed air reoil the bearings. Like I said for about the first 2 min its punchy and feels like it should then just drops off like a switch. Swapped it out the other night at the races for another 13.5 and never had the problem again. Just wondering if anybody might know what would be wrong or needs to be replaced.

Sounds more like a ESC or wiring problem. Check your solder joints and plugs, also could be your sensor wire.

The 2nd 13.5 (also a redline) ran fine with the same esc. I hard wire my motors so that could have been an issue. I have also tried a different sensor wire but same result. Running the esc in dual mode should make the motor run the same even if there is a sensor wire failure, or so I thought. Thanks for the input though!
