Receiver connection issue

Receiver connection issue
Here are my equipment:
MX3-X Radio with 451 Receiver
Align DS610
Savox SC-1256TG
I have been running this combo for the last 5 months with no problems. The Steering connection on the receiver seems to not be working correctly. I tried swapping the servo around and same problem.
Note: The throttle connection works with no problems
The servo powers up but seems like there is not enough power going into that connection.
Anyways else have had this issue? Is my receiver dead? Do i need to re-bind it.
