Looking for some advice , stepping up from the 17.5 blinky class to mod so looking to get this speedo. Any one have some good settings for smooth low down power ? Looking to run a vampire v2 4.5 on med grip out door track with the temps close to 30c here in the UK right now so pretty hot.

Start with the standard mod profile and add turbo as required. The settings really depend on the size of the track, gearing, and the amount of grip. Because you're new to mod you'll probably start with 0 boost and 10/10 punch, then add turbo for the straight. As you get more confident you can start upping the boost.

I would recommened you always run a fan as the cooler the esc runs the more efficient it will be .

I run my fan in 17.5 stock. I find that without the fan, the ESC gets up to 125-130f after 6-7 minutes of running on a medium technical carpet track.

Still well within the temperature tolerance but I still keep the fan on there anyway.

Running in 17.5 blinky this weekend , is the standard blinky mode that comes on the Speedo the one to use or is there a better one that can be downloaded ?

Default hobbywing 120a 1s v3.1

This is truly a powerful esc and I would not worry about fan use unless uou intend to run mod! The heat shouldn't be a factor for 17.5 blinky..

Default team hobbywing 120a 2s esc

I just tested this awesome piece of hardware at the circuits of the americas and it was just unbeliveably powerful and never seem to falter under extreme heat conditons especially in tc modified class..I'm sold it was worth the price and then some..great work hobbywing north america. .

Is there anyone on this thread from the UK that would be able to share their settings for the v3.1 for 13.5 from one of the BRCA tracks like West London?

The reason I ask is that the club I race at is going to 13.5 and I will be able to adjust settings based on knowing the size of some of the BRCA tracks if that makes sense?

Thanks
