24 as for all other Hitecs.

You might have Crushed the 23T on, But the Hitec's are indeed 24T.

Ok what damage could I have done I never ran it I just tested it tot see how fast it was

If you used the Plastic insert. No damage what so ever, Just get it off there and use the Proper insert.
