Default airtronics tx/rx help

Hello, I've got an airtronics mx3x tx and a 92744 receiver in my mugen mbx6r and I was driving on Sunday when all of the sudden the steering started pitching left. I would correct it and then it would do it again. It did this three times and then I completely lost steering. I pulled out the rx and slapped it in my b44.1 to see if it was the rx or the servo and it looks like its my rx. Has anyone run into this problem before? And if so, what is it? I am running a bec on this because I thought I would need one with a lipo. Would thatbe the cause?

Same tx \rx brand new. Same problem only my throttle was blippiing on and off as well. I had a SC10 short course truck, I got it from corner marshall , shut it off . Turn back on and worked , give it 50 feet same problem, Tried bind process ,new batteries, finally called AIrtronics . they think its my ESC not providing enuff volts to run Receiver....arrrrrggggggggg
