Default Servo not responding

Hey guys Noob here, but help me out Im busy setting up my Tamiya TT-01 drifter silvia. I got the binding done but when I stick the servo into the receiver like Im told to test, it react to me putting the connector in but as soon as I turn the transmitter wheel nothing. Checked Youtube doing what they say but my servo doesnt do jack. (servo is a Power HD 3001HB) Also if I just connect the power to the motor it beeps non stop. and looks like its trying to turn.
Any help from the well informed will be much appreciated thanks.

Make sure you are plugged into the correct channel, on the receiver. Channel 1 for steering. Also check that the plug in not in backwards. The black wire to the outside of the receiver case. Good Luck
