like the title says i put new batteries in it and now it only vibrates and the backlight comes on but nothing else.. the old batteries where still good but i wanted a fresh set so i put some in and now this ......please help

I had same exact failure as well as others, we had to send in for repair spektrum advised it is a bad component issue so you will have to mail in

damn that stinks... any ides how long it could take or turnaround time???
