Default Gens Ace Batteries Thread.

You can post all about your Gens Ace battery. Also you can post results, pictures of you and your car with Gens Ace / Hobbypartz Stickers.

GENS ACE is # 1 again in the Lipo Shootout from BigSquid !

I race 13.5 2wd buggy indoors.

I enjoy A-main runs with my 30$ GENS ACE packs. Even more rewarding when i beat the suckas that drop $100 on the same pack with a Brand name sticker on it.

hmm must not be looking in the right places..., what kind of pack are you looking for? 2s, 3s,4s? I just bought another 2S 5300 30C pack yesterday from hobbypartz.....In stock and shipped right away.

4S 40C 5000 packs are also in stock....

ahh i see. I dont buy to heavily into the C ratings for mod racing. I have run 40C gens ace-90C orion packs and cannot tell much difference. Maybe a little more punch but I always have way more power than i can use anyways in most cases....No puffing issues either...

Now if your racing stock 17.5, then that is a diferent story...

I keep seeing magazine ads for 2S 65C Gens Ace, but I have never seen anything more than 50C available. There was a recent shipment of 2s 50c packs that sold out in less than a day ha.

When are we going to see the 2S 65C packs?

Gens Ace are pretty good for the money. The only issue is hobbypartz keeping them in stock. Also the fact they come with an oddball connector that almost no one in the U.S. uses is somewhat annoying but a mild issue when you consider all the money you save you could buy many extra connectors.
