Manual is posted online

http://thunderpowerrc.com/PDF/610C0-User-Manual.pdf

Been a while since I had one of those, but I want to say that when you start a charge it mentions checking the balancer (and whether or not it's connected) on the display(?)

there is a setting for fast charge, 100% charge and I think like 90% charge. if you do the 100% charge, that is the balance charge. once you start it, it will look for the voltage and start to charge. if you hold down the green button it will switch over to the cell configuration and you can check voltages. the voltages will be different but as the pack charges to capacity the charger will decrease amperage and the cells will balance. My nano-tech pack i did the other day went to .01 or something really low. also, cheaper packs may not balance as well as more expensive packs with high discharge and capacity rates.
